When you create an account, we collect information such as your email address and authentication data. If you sign in with Google, we receive basic profile information (such as email and name) as permitted by your Google account settings.
Customer content
The Service allows you to create portfolios and store locations (for example, site names and coordinates). You control what you upload or enter.
Payment information
Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full payment card numbers. We may store identifiers such as your Stripe customer ID and subscription status to provide access to paid features.
Usage and device information
We may collect information about how you access and use the Service (for example, pages visited and actions taken) and basic device/browser information. This may be collected directly by us or via analytics and hosting providers.
2. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, maintain, and secure the Service
- Create and manage accounts, authenticate users, and prevent abuse
- Process subscriptions and enforce plan limits

We share information only as needed to operate the Service, including with service providers ("subprocessors") such as:
- Hosting/edge: Vercel (to host the web application)
- Database: Neon (Postgres hosting)
- Payments: Stripe (to process subscriptions)
- Email delivery: Resend (to send verification and password reset emails)
We may also share information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transaction (e.g., merger or acquisition).
4. Data retention
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Service and for legitimate business purposes such as security, compliance, and dispute resolution. You can request deletion as described below.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
